Is EndNote Compatible With Microsoft Word’s Track Changes?

Yes – It is but when you are actively working with CWYW, set your document to hide any Track Changes. Do this by going to the Review tab in Word and choosing Simple Markup or No Markup from the All Markup drop down menu.
