If you have a Library that has corrupted – you are instructed to repair it using use the Tools: Recover Library… option in EndNote. Most of the time – this should resolve the issue. If it does you can delete the original/corrupt library and .data folder and rename the new one the same as the orginal (eg: as My EndNote Library.enl and My EndNote Library.data) and move it to the same location of the deleted one. (If it doesn’t sync automatically – then re-Sync the renamed Library.)
