The 2012 annual M\u0101ori Book Awards winners have been announced, and will be presented at a ceremony on October 25 at Te P\u016btahi-a-Toi, the School of M\u0101ori Studies.<\/p>\n

Kaihautu M\u0101ori (M\u0101ori library services manager) and Judge Sheeanda Field says the Ng\u0101 Kupu Ora\u00a0 M\u0101ori Book Awards celebrate M\u0101ori literature in New Zealand. \u201cI think it\u2019s absolutely fantastic M\u0101ori literature is being showcased and made prominent within our communities and that Massey University is the one to lead this.\u201d<\/p>\n
