Try these trouble-shooting tips:<\/p>\n<p>1. Ensure you have Adobe Reader installed and at least version 9<br \/>\n2. Which web browser are you using? Instead of opening it directly, try right clicking on the file and&#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>IE: choose &#8216;Save Target As&#8217;<\/li>\n<li>Firefox\/Chrome: choose &#8216;Save Link As&#8217;<\/li>\n<li>Safari: choose &#8216;Download Linked File&#8217;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3. Try another browser<br \/>\n4. Or try opening the PDF in Adobe Reader rather than the browser. This seems to solve most PDF problems:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click Start \u2013&gt; Programs \u2013&gt; Adobe Reader<\/li>\n<li>In Adobe Reader, click Edit \u2013&gt; Preferences \u2013&gt; Internet<\/li>\n<li>Untick &#8216;Display PDF in browser&#8217;<\/li>\n<li>Click &#8216;OK&#8217; and close Adobe Reader<\/li>\n<li>PDFs will then display in Adobe Reader instead of in your browser window.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you having trouble opening, saving or printing PDF documents, such as journal articles or theses?
