We interviewed 15 students across all three campuses.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Results identified a key issue &#8211; students are largely unaware of the video&nbsp;guides. However, when presented with the list of topics&nbsp;covered by the video guides, students said they sounded useful and they would use them.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other themes to emerge&nbsp;from the UX research are:\u202f&nbsp;students felt they would most likely access the Library video guides through Stream; the format for video guides should be brief (under 5 minutes); and it should be easy to find the answer quickly.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other suggested topics for video guides included how to reference&nbsp;and an introduction to the Library.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We would like to thank our participants for their willingness to help.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you wish to comment or add to our feedback please email us on <a href=\"mailto:library@massey.ac.nz\">library@massey.ac.nz<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The results are in from the user experience (UX) of our video guides held on all three Massey campuses. &nbsp; The purpose of the UX was to find out if the 10 Library video guides on our website are fit for purpose.
