Discover was upgraded in January 2025, and some custom folders didn’t transfer across. If you would like them back, you can export them from “old” Discover and then build them again in “new” Discover. Please follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to https:\/\/ezproxy.massey.ac.nz\/login?url=https:\/\/search.ebscohost.com\/login.aspx?authtype=sso&custid=s3027306&groupid=main&profile=eds3<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on Folders<\/em> in the blue navigation bar at the top right.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Scrolling down to the bottom of the folders sidebar on the left, click on My Custom <\/em>or Shared By<\/em> to see your folders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click on a folder\u2019s name to open it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click on an Articles<\/em> or eBooks <\/em>subfolder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Look to the right side of your screen, and click on Export<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. In the Export Manager<\/em> window that opens, select Download CSV<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Click the Save <\/em>button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. An excel spreadsheet will download to the designated downloads folder on your computer. We suggest you rename the spreadsheet to match your custom folder\u2019s name and save it in a safe place.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Repeat this process for all the My Custom <\/em>and Shared By Articles <\/em>and eBooks <\/em>folders and subfolders that you want to save.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Go to https:\/\/research.ebsco.com\/c\/4egzpd\/?acr_values=sso<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. From the data in your spreadsheet, recreate your folders structure and contents in the new interface, using Projects <\/em>under My dashboard<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
