New Zealand citizenship or permanent resident.<br \/>\n2. Currently enrolled in at least\u00a060 credits in the academic year.<br \/>\n3. Passed all courses in their most recent semester of study (unless this is their first semester).<br \/>\n4. Gained formal selection for national representation in their chosen sport.<\/p>\n<p>FUNDING &amp; SELECTION CRITERIA<\/p>\n<p>1. Applicants may only receive funding once in an academic year, and twice during their entire academic study at Massey University.<\/p>\n<p>2. Applications must include:<br \/>\n&#8211; Completed application form<br \/>\n&#8211; Brief Sporting CV (no more than one page)<br \/>\n&#8211; Evidence of formal selection to represent New Zealand<br \/>\n&#8211; Evidence of event associated expenses and include other sources of funding.<\/p>\n<p>3. Applications are assessed at the discretion of the\u00a0Selection Committee with the following aspects considered: academic grades, sporting\u00a0achievements and potential, contribution to Massey and the wider community, membership and engagement with Massey programmes (such as the Academy of Sport).<\/p>\n<p>4. The\u00a0Selection Committee will make inquiries as required regarding my application and achievements.<\/p>\n<p>5. The\u00a0amount of funding awarded up to $500 is at the discretion of the Selection Committee.<\/p>\n<p>6. In\u00a0order to receive payment, the applicant must provide the following documents as part of their post-event report:<br \/>\n&#8211; Completed post-event report.<br \/>\n&#8211; Attached\u00a0at least one photo of themselves at the event that Massey may use in publications.<br \/>\n&#8211; Evidence\u00a0of publicly acknowledging Massey for funding assistance.<br \/>\n&#8211; Receipts\u00a0for associated trip expenses.<br \/>\n&#8211; Bank\u00a0account number and proof of being the account holder.<br \/>\n&#8211; Applicants\u00a0may be contacted with additional questions for use in a Massey article.<\/p>\n<p>7.
