While the Snap theme has a simple search feature enabling quick navigation to resources and activities, Stream does not currently have a full search feature. However, one is coming!
Note that this is still in testing and there are certain technical and performance issues that need to be resolved – so there is no ETA yet. Here is a preview of how it might look:
