The National Academies Press has recently made all of their books free for download. Although there is a strong US flavour to many of the books, this news may be of interest to staff thinking about using an ebook to support their Stream environment. There are more than 4000 academic books available from the website. See… http://www.nap.edu/ Flatworld Knowledge is a relatively new publisher committed to open access electronic textbooks.
