Time to get organised!

Semester 2 starts in a week. So, this is a great time to start getting organised. Here are a few things you can do to get yourself organised:
1. Get a wall planner
Fill in any important dates (exams, assignment due dates etc.)
2. Fill in a timetable
Fill in your lecturers and tutorial times. To find out when your lecturers and tutorials go to http://publictimetable2.massey.ac.nz/Massey2015Pub/PortalServ?reqtype=welcome&relaunch=false
Fill in any other regular commitments (work, social activities etc.)
Fill in some spaces for when you’re going to study. (Tip: don’t just write study, be specific, e.g. read first half of reading 1.).
3. Write a “to do” list
Find out what you need to do by logging into your Stream site.
Check out the Assignment Planning Calculator. This tool helps you work break down assignments into smaller, more manageable tasks.
4. Prioritise your tasks
Use your wall planner to work out what order to do things in (work backwards from due dates for assignments).
