Semester 2 starts on Monday. So, now\u2019s a good time to get organised. Here are a few tips:<\/p>\n

  1. Write down all your dates <\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Find out all the important dates (assignment due dates, quizzes, exams etc.)<\/p>\n

    1. Plan your study<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Make up a study plan. Start by filling in tutorials and lecturers.<\/p>\n

      Add in other commitments (social activities, work etc.)<\/p>\n

      Find some gaps and\u00a0 fill then in with study time.<\/p>\n

      Revise your plan on a weekly basis and spend 5 minutes filling in your study time with specific tasks, such as write an essay plan.<\/p>\n

      1. Write down a list of tasks<\/em><\/strong>
        \nLook at your Stream site to find out what your specific tasks are each week.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        If you\u2019ve got an assignment due use the Assignment Planning Calculator<\/a> to break it down into smaller tasks.<\/p>\n

        1. Prioritise your tasks<\/em><\/strong>
          \nWork out what order to do things in (use the due dates and work backwards).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
