This scholarship is offered by the School of Natural and Computational Sciences
We’re looking for students who want to undertake research over summer under the supervision of staff members from the School of Natural and Computational Sciences.
This is an undergraduate scholarship. You will be studying a bachelor’s degree with a focus on Chemistry, Computer Science, Data Science, Ecology and Sustainability, Integrative Biology, Marine Biology, Mathematics, Molecular and Cellular Biology, Zoology, Information Technology and Software Engineering
You are encouraged to contact the supervisors prior to submitting your application.
Eligibility
You must:
- be physically present in New Zealand
- be currently enrolled and have completed the second year of undergraduate programme
- be available to undertake research during the duration of summer scholarship
- have a good grade average for the last two semesters of the current study
- be able to demonstrate that your knowledge and skills align with the requirements of the chosen project.
Benefits
Up to $6,000 | Up to 12 weeks | Multiple awards
The benefits are varied for each project and will be finalised on confirmation with the supervisors.
