​Dr Kathryn Beck’s is a New Zealand registered dietitian and her expertise lies in dietary assessment and dietary pattern analysis. Kathryn will provide support for dietary data collection, survey construction and review of dietary data analysis. Her PhD focused on iron deficiency (causes, consequences and solutions) in young women.

​Dr Stacy Sims is an applied researcher in human performance, specifically sex differences in exercise training, nutrition and environmental conditions and is well regarded as a global expert in women’s health and performance.

​Dr Sarah Beable is a Sport and Exercise Physician and is a lead specialist for Axis Sport Medicine in Queenstown. Sarah has worked with a wide range of female athletes and has a special interest in low energy availability (Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport syndrome) and the range of issues it encompasses in both males and females. Part of the clinics and support she offers for female patients is menstrual cycle review and hormone analysis.

Research Officer, Rebecca Paul. Rebecca completed her BSc in Human Nutrition at Massey University, after which she has been the lead research officer and project manager on health and nutrition projects for the School of Sport, Exercise and Nutrition at Massey University. To date, she has worked on projects investigating babies first foods, health outcomes of vegan diets, and nutritional intake of adolescent rowers.
