Update 17/03/14: Scopus now appears to be displaying normally in IE 11. If you have switched to IE 11’s compatibility view you may need to disable that view and clear your cache.

Scopus is not always displaying correctly in Internet Explorer 11 (IE11), though earlier versions of IE are fine. If you use IE11 and Scopus looks like the image below, you will need to use another browser, such as Firefox or Chrome, or add Scopus to your IE compatibility view settings.

To add Scopus to IE compatibility view settings, first go to Scopus. Then click on the cog at the top right in IE and click on Compatibility View Settings as shown below. In the window that appears, click on ‘Add’.
