The new Library home page, launched on Wednesday 28 January

Update 28/01/15: the new Library home page is now live!

The Library is launching a new website home page on Wednesday 28 January.

It gives easy access to the major search tools Discover (searches across most Library tools simultaneously) and the Catalogue (books, journal titles, DVDs, etc). Other new pages associated with the change include a suite of Services pages: Learning (aimed at students);  Research (for staff and postgraduate research students); and Teaching (to support teaching staff with Library resources, classes and Stream).

Our clients have been indicating in recent years that the Library website home page could be redesigned to better meet their needs. Over 2013 – 2014 we have gathered feedback and evidence from all client groups and have used that evidence to redesign the home page. The redesign has been tested by users from all major client groups and is now ready for release. We appreciate the feedback you gave us during this process.
