Library Out Loud

A new and improved Library room booking system was launched on 23 June 2025. The new booking system offers a more modern and mobile-friendly experience when you make your booking while visiting one of our campus libraries, or booking online through the Library Website.   

What has changed? 

• A new look: The interface looks quite different, but it still offers all the features you are used to, plus a few enhancements. 

• Mobile friendly: You can now book a room directly from your mobile device. 

• Simplified cancellations: After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a handy link to cancel if your plans change.
