Library Out Loud

The Library Catalogue will be changing before Semester 1 next year. The current choice of the Classic and Encore versions will become an integrated catalogue that looks more like Encore. The new look and feel is clearer and easier to use.

The change is in response to very clear feedback from staff and students in the Library Survey earlier this year that having multiple library catalogues has been confusing.

There will be a progressive rollover of various pages between now and Semester 1, before the Classic is withdrawn completely. If you are used to using the Classic and wish to preview the new catalogue, try some of your usual searches in Encore to see the difference.
