No changes to Massey University Library postal services to distance students

You might have heard that there are some changes happening to NZ Post deliveries from 1 July 2015.

Good news – none of these changes will affect Massey University Library book delivery services for distance students:

  • We’ll continue to send items out to you by CourierPost (including Rural Delivery) 5-6 days a week (some places receive Saturday Courier delivery).
  • You’ll continue to return items to us using the FreePost address label, via NZ Post.

Please keep doing what you have always done:

  • Place your requests online, by phone or by email.
  • Renew your books online, by phone or by email.
  • Return your books by turning the Courier bag inside out, secure the bag (but not with staples), attach a FreePost address label and return via NZ Post.
  • Allow 3-4 working days for return delivery.
  • Check MyLibrary regularly, especially for new due dates for any recalled items.
