Discover and EBSCOhost databases are changing in January. Custom or shared folders will not transfer across. If you have these and want to keep them, follow the steps below to export and save contents from these folders:

• My Custom Articles and eBooks folders and subfolders
• Shared By Articles and eBooks folders and subfolders

1. Log in to Discover or EBSCOhost and click on Folders in the blue navigation bar at the top right.
2. Scrolling down to the bottom of the folders sidebar on the left, click on My Custom or Shared By to see if you have any folders set up.
3. Click on a folder’s name to open it.
4. Click on an Articles or eBooks subfolder:

5. Look to the right side of your screen, and click on Export.
6. In the Export Manager window that opens, select Download CSV.
7. Click the Save button.
8. An excel spreadsheet will download to the designated downloads folder on your computer. We suggest you rename the spreadsheet to match your custom folder’s name, and save it in a safe place.
9. Repeat this process for all the My Custom and Shared By Articles and eBooks folders and subfolders that you want to save.
10. Once we migrate to the new UI, you can recreate your folders structure and contents using the information in the spreadsheet.
